Agreement

  1. By using Funny Add - Chat Puzzle you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
  2. These terms govern your personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the app on devices associated with your Apple ID, within Apple's licensing rules.
  3. If any mandatory consumer rule in your country cannot be waived, that rule prevails over a conflicting sentence here.
What the product is

Funny Add - Chat Puzzle provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. It is a local-first application: it should remain useful without an operator-run account system unless a later store version clearly adds one.

Conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Harassment, infringement, and attempts to disrupt Apple platform services are out of scope for permitted use.

Store commerce reminder

If the binary offers optional digital goods, Apple bills your Apple ID. Restore purchases is the in-app recovery path when Apple's APIs allow it. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Livia Saldanha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Brazil.

Termination

You may stop using Funny Add - Chat Puzzle at any time by deleting it. We may cease distribution through Apple. Provisions that by nature should survive (licence limits, disclaimers, liability allocation) survive deletion of the app.
